The film — executive produced by rapper Kanye West — follows character OG, played by Damon Dash, in a saga that flips between his dedication to his family and honoring his street code all at the same time.

After losing her husband Bradley three years ago on Christmas Day, Celia Banks never thought she’d fall in love again. Now, her entire world revolves around taking care of her daughter, Lilly. Lilly writes a letter to Santa with one wish – for her mommy to be happy and find love again.

When Tom learns that he has terminal brain cancer, he decides to find a replacement husband for his wife and a father to his daughter, before it is too late. Unbeknownst to his wife Valentine, Tom sets up an on-line dating profile for her, and realizes that he doesn’t know much about her anymore. Tom endeavors to get to know Valentine, and learns why he fell in love with her all those years ago… just in time to say goodbye.
