When a top-notched real estate broker is sent to buy out a local community playhouse, he unexpectedly falls for the owner’s daughter, forcing him to decide between the family business and true love.

The story follows the obviously psychotic Katiebird immediately after the death of her father.

The original American Pie characters have moved on, except for Sherman and Jim Levenstein’s still understanding dad.
