Two small time crooks, Mike and Troy, are on a mission – the ‘score’ – that they both expect will transform their circumstances. At a roadside café, as they wait for the handover, Troy falls in love with the waitress, Gloria, and begins to question his life choices.

In 1975, Ryszard Kapuściński, a veteran Polish journalist, embarked on a seemingly suicidal road trip into the heart of the Angola’s civil war.
