Radha (Naga Chaitanya) and Krishna (Samantha) are a married couple with a kid Bittu in early 1980’s. They die in an accident. Bittu (Nagarjuna) grows up and happens to see reincarnation of his father and his mother as youngsters. The rest of the story is all about how Bittu tries to unite these two youngsters. And there is another twist in the tale for which you must watch the movie on the big screen!

Balaraju, the head of his village, lives with his wife Baby along with his two sons Chandrasekhar Rao and Bangari and two daughters. He helps Chandrasekhar become a doctor and builds a local hospital. On the day it opens, Chandrasekhar comes back home with his lover Kausalya, also a doctor. Both express their wish to marry and settle abroad, which upsets Balaraju, leading to their separation. 25 years later, Chandrasekhar, a successful doctor in London, tells the story to his son Abhiram and daughter Indu. Abhiram decides to go home to Balaraju and attempt a reconciliation. He meets his friend, Bunny, at the airport and goes to the village on Bunny’s bike the next day.

Michael Velayudham (Pawan Kalyan) is a chef specialized in Italian cuisine in Cape Town. He falls in love with Meera Sasthri (Trisha) – another Indian staying in Cape Town. Meera is a restoration specialist and she is moving to India. Since it is not possible to continue the relationship across the seas, they bid good bye to each other. Michael finds a local white girl (Danah) in Cape Town and Meera finds a local politician (Sonu Sood) back in India. The rest of the story is all about how their true love unites them despite them being so casual about their relationship. There is also another story dealing with Arjun Palwai (Pawan Kalyan) that runs parallel with a time difference of 30 years in Waranasi.

He however is unhappy and wishes to reconcile with his estranged daughter Sunanda whom he sent out of his home because she married a Pleader Rajasekhar against his wishes. His grandson Gautham Nanda promises Raghunandan that he would bring his Atha to their home on his Birthday. Sunanda has 2 Daughters Prameela and Sashi. Gautham enters the house as Siddhu, a driver who was appointed after saving Rajasekhar from a Heart stroke. Gautham woos Prameela but his game ends after he comes to know that Prameela is already in love. Sashi turns rival to Gautham and is suspicious of him and Paddu his friend and male nurse appointed to take care of Rajasekhar.
