Ian McKay and his best friend Shinky are two young punks searching for their great destinies in the back alleys of Calgary Alberta, circa 1980. Together, these friends will face down cowboys and oilmen, hockey goons and movie snobs, odd-jobbers and hairdressers… and through it all they’ll find a way to grow up without selling out.

With the help of Ian’s flawed, but loving family (father Lloyd, mom Helen, and his outrageously outgoing sister Belinda), Ian and Shinky find new opportunities to blow minds every week, exporting their special brand of offbeat revolution for the 80’s – seeking out love and working to change the world, one young drunk punk at a time.

The film follows randy college boys Zack and Brian on a trip to Malibu for a party where there’s a shortage of boys but a bevy of buxom girls. Beset on the way by car trouble, and various other distractions, the film also follows the journey of Zack and Brian’s girlfriends, who follow the boys to Malibu but end up having their own lusty adventures.Something of note is that the original airing and the DVD were/are interactive. Meaning there are times when you get to pick the direction the characters take.

Daisy is a beautiful no-nonsense employee in an advertising firm. Her female co-workers want to help her find someone, and her male co-workers want to be that someone – but only as a one night stand. She begins to enjoy this attention.
