Two boys met and fell in love with each other in their high school days. Then 13 years have passed – The two live in different places. Nagisa has left for Australia after breaking up with Shun. Nagisa got married a woman and have a child, but they have difficulties to continue their marriage. He is still in love with Shun then he goes back to Japan with his little girl to see him. This is the purest love story of two men and how they can survive from the discrimination and prejudice.

Kazu works at “Funiculi Funicula” cafe. There is a mysterious rumour that if a customer takes a specific seat at the cafe, that customer can travel back to a time of their choice.

Tetsuo Togami (Shono Hayama) is in the 2nd grade of high school. Due to a fight, he is hospitalised. There, he meets Maiko Takashiro (Chika Arakawa). She has an incurable disease. She also has a hearing disability and is unable to talk. At first, Tetsuo becomes embarrassed, but begins exchanging text messages with Maiko. Through the text messages he begins having feelings for her. Even after his discharge from the hospital, he goes to visit Maiko everyday. They promise to go out together on Maiko’s birthday, but her condition worsens.

College student Mutou Ookawa catches a glimpse of Ametani Yuiko, his co-worker from a former part-time job and falls immediately in love. Summoning up his courage, he eventually confesses his feelings to her and she responds “…but I’m a fujoshi.” Mutou not having the slight clue what “fujoshi” means, immediately responds “That’s OK!”

Tanaka is going through a tough time trying to support his younger sister Mitsuko, recently arrested and hold up in jail. As an investigative reporter, he immerses himself into a story about a shocking murder case gone cold. The “perfect” family—successful businessman, beautiful wife and adorable child—was brutally murdered a year ago and the case remains unsolved. Tanaka interviews their friends and acquaintances, and as stories of their true nature unfold, he begins to discover that the family was not as ideal as believed. The interviewees themselves unveil their own hidden natures, revealing a disturbing portrait of social elitism.

Seiji (Masanobu Ando) is a third generation “Gosei kai” gang member. He works to build up the group’s strength. Meanwhile, a journalist (Tasuku Emoto) investigates a case that occurred 19 years ago. He meets Hayato (Masahiro Higashide), Daisuke (Kenta Kiritani) and Asami (Anna Tsuchiya).

Private detective Kogoro (Kouta Kusano) receives a request from Naoko (Yuki Mamiya). She is the daughter of a family that runs a large hosital. Naoko wants private detective Kogoro to investigate her fiance Endo (Yasushi Fuchikami) and whether he is having an affair with university student Teruko (Noriko Kijima).
