Abused, broke and down on her luck, Sarah is given a new shot at life when she moves into a new apartment. At first the apartment seems to have been the right choice for Sarah, she even meets some new friends including Sid (Jason Mewes). But before long tenants begin disappearing, when Sarah and Sid go looking for them, they discover an evil lurks, hell bent on not only taking over their building, but the city as well. As Sarah and Sid fight for survival, the bitter and vengeful ghost begins inhabiting the bodies of the tower’s tenants turning them to bloodthirsty zombies.

Damien, a London copper has a past he’s trying to forget. Before joining the force he ran with a football firm, getting involved in tear-ups up and down the country. Now he’s on the other side of the law and faces a tough decision, side with his old crew or protect London as it burns and rioters run amok. Falling in love with fellow cop Louise, he is quickly alerted to a street-level uprising that is about to shake London. Amidst the brutalities presented by the riots, he fights for justice at Louise’s expense. Having been raped by a rioter known to him, Damien finds himself levelling with the rioters, fighting a war he cannot win, as much against the rioters as against himself.

A novice football player is injured in a bar fight and is out of the next tournament. Jobless and with a pregnant girlfriend, he buys an ice cream van and starts his work. Soon a gang of Polish drug mafia starts irritating him. For protection he joins hands with a British mafia involved in football hooliganism.
