Adapted from the famous stage play of the same name, Devil And Angel (E Gun Tian Shi) follows Zha, played by Sun Li, a top student with a high IQ, who goes on a journey with Mo, played by famous Chinese comedy actor Deng Chao, a professional debt-collector and sometime hooligan, in order to face down her own neurosis, as well as cure Mo of his extreme insomnia.

As Rob seeks out his former lovers to find out why they left, he keeps up his efforts to win Laura back.
The nerds are now in control of the university, as a result of Lewis Skolnick and the rest’s actions in the two previous movies. A new generation of sportsmen arrive, however, determined on winning the school back. The principle, himself an ex-nerd fighter, helps them, and the nerds return to suppression. Harold Skolnick needs help from his uncle Lewis, the hero of the first two movies. Lewis, however, are not too proud of his nerd past, and won’t reveal any of it, much less help his nephew. However, his wife makes him change his mind, and with help from his friends from the first two movies, they start the fight to win the school back, using classic nerd tricks.
Chow Yun-fat is back as the titular gambler, Ken, with the magic hand. This time, the movie exaggerates his skills with CGI poker cards until it almost becomes a fantasy. But that’s to be expected in a Wong Jing’s movie. This time, the location is shifted to Thailand where Mark (Nick Cheung), an accountant in a money-laundering syndicate, DOA, is chased by Interpol and DOA. Ken has to save him and help his protégé, Vincent (Shawn Yue). Wong Jing tries to pack in everything that is entertaining into a 2 hours movie. Though it feels bloated, expect a lot of crazy and random fun. Don’t expect a coherent story and character development and it will be an enjoyable entertainment. Action is ramped out. The action scene in the middle sees a break-in of the safe house with lots of explosion and gunfire. The movie’s climax turns into a CGI set where a fight breaks out in an airplane. Music is serviceable. Direction and acting is fine too.
