The story of David Hobbs, who has spent the last decade playing the perfect father on one of TV’s biggest sitcoms. But when the series ends and his wife resumes her own television career, he finds himself cast in his most challenging role to date: handling the day-to-day needs of three kids who’ve grown accustomed to not having him around. David soon learns that playing a dad on TV is child’s play compared to the real thing.
Inspector Gadget is an animated television series that revolves around the adventures of a clumsy, dim-witted cyborg detective named lnspector Gadget – a human being with various bionic gadgets built into his body. Gadget’s arch-nemesis is Dr. Claw, the leader of an evil organization, known as “M.A.D.”
This is the first syndicated cartoon show from DIC Entertainment. lt originally ran from 1983 to 1986 and remained in syndication into the late 1990s. It continues to air successfully in reruns around the world.
The series was produced by companies in France, Canada, the United States, Taiwan, and Japan. It was a co-production between DIC Entertainment in France and Nelvana in Canada; the animation work was outsourced to foreign studios such as Tokyo Movie Shinsha in Japan and Cuckoo’s Nest Studio in Taiwan. It was the first animated television series to be presented in stereo.
“Whose Line Is It Anyway?” (1998-2007, 2013-) is the US edition of the British show of the same name (with many of the same performers). It features some of the world’s finest improv(isational) comics, including Wayne Brady, Colin Mochrie, Ryan Stiles and Drew Carey (Drew also hosting most shows, Aisha Tyler hosting the 2013 season). Each week, the main four improv comics (and a guest improv comic) spontaneously play “theatre sports” with crazy scenes, weird quirks, or improvised songs.
Ben Harper is a moderately successful family man and dentist. He is also undergoing a mid-life crisis and trying to cope with the bizarre reality of raising teenage children. His wife Susan seems quite happy, enjoys her job as a London tour guide, however at home her ability to find her way around a cookbook or pantry is less successful.
Their three children Nick, Janey, and Michael are as different as chalk and cheese. Nick (19) is on his gap year, but doesn’t get much further than the sofa or job centre, Janey is as sharp as a tack and 16 going on 25, while Michael is a very bright, computer-nerdish 12 year old who is just discovering girls.
An air steward crash lands into a tropical paradise and puts himself in charge of the palm-fringed island. But remaining survivors won’t be grateful for their lives for too long as they will soon learn they are stranded with the world’s worst human being, Brett Sullivan, and not even the blue tropical waters are enough to make him bearable.
Can you actually not show what your true colors are while working with a lot of people? Eun Hwan Ki, the director of the top public relations agency, is a mysterious man known as “The Silent Monster.” No one knows much about him because he always avoids eye contact and appears coldly aloof and arrogant, but in truth he’s an extreme introvert — a PR executive who hates attention and is too shy to be around people. Chae Ro Woon begins to work at Eun Hwan Ki’s company. She is very energetic, the extroverted type and receives recognition for her work, but her only interest is in CEO Eun Hwan Ki. She plans to reveal who Eun Hwan-Ki really is.
A crime she committed in her youthful past sends Piper Chapman to a women’s prison, where she trades her comfortable New York life for one of unexpected camaraderie and conflict in an eccentric group of fellow inmates.
