Fifth Gear was first broadcast on 8 April 2002 as 5th Gear, and as a continuation of the original incarnation of the BBC show Top Gear, which was cancelled in 2001. Through expert interviews, rare footage from historical experiments, and brand-new, ground-breaking demonstrations of human nature at work, Mind Field explores the surprising things we know (and don’t know) about why people are the way they are.
